Moderating is better in the Companion
The Companion app is the best tool for moderating your livestreams. Chat messages containing banned words are also blocked automatically.
However, you can still use the Moderator Log-in in the Interactive Player to moderate Interactive Replays.
Click the chat menu (three dots) in the top-left of the live chat, then click Moderator sign-in. Use the log-in credentials of the Stage TEN account that is live to log in as a moderator.
As moderator, you will be identified with a blue checkmark.
You must be logged in as a moderator to do the following actions.
Find the unwanted user in the live chat and hover over their name to reveal three dots. Click the three dots and select Ban User.
To unban a user, click the chat menu in the top-left, then Banned users. Find the user, then click Unban.
You can delete unwanted comments from the Livestream or Interactive Replay.
Find the unwanted comment and hover over it to reveal three dots. Click the three dots and select Delete Message. This cannot be undone.
To edit your display name, click the chat menu in the top-left, then Change name. Update the name, then click Enter to save your changes.
