Important: Ensure that you do not completely obscure the Stage TEN studio when you are broadcasting. Choose to share by 'application' or 'google tab' and not by 'entire screen'.
It is possible to either include a zoom call as a source in your Stage TEN Livestream, and also to present your livestream within zoom.
This can be done by screen sharing Zoom in Stage TEN.
Click the ADD OR INVITE FEEDS button.
Click the SHARE YOUR SCREEN button.
Tip: To avoid overloading the computer you're streaming from by also running Zoom, consider adding the Zoom call as a participant source from a separate computer. Choose COPY INVITE URL and share this link to that computer instead.
Select the Screen, Window or Chrome Tab you want to share and then click Share.
Optionally, select a microphone or audio source. To screenshare with sound you will need to complete a few more steps. Click Here to learn more.
From the Stage TEN Pro Studio, click the link button next to your Interactive Player destination.
If you have an extra monitor, click the full screen button on the Stage TEN Interactive Player.
If you don't have an extra monitor, you'll still be able to screen share Stage TEN into Zoom, but not in full screen.
Remember that your Pro Studio window must not be backgrounded while you are live.
In a Zoom call, click Share Screen.
Select your Stage TEN Interactive Player (or window, if you full-screened it), and press Share.
You will now be screen sharing your Stage TEN output in Zoom.
Tip: If you want to share the video output from Stage TEN, but not the chat, one option is to disable chat. Be aware, though, this disables chat for all viewers.
To hide chat, go to Settings > Destinations > Stage TEN, and toggle off Show Chat Panel.
To allow screen sharing, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Screen Recording and allow Google Chrome to record the contents of your screen in order to broadcast an application or entire screen.
