Conduct a Poll

Stage TEN allows you to quickly configure a poll and query your viewers.

Creating a Poll

To start a poll, go to the lower left of the studio and click on the Polling tab.

Next, click on the Create a poll button and you will be asked to fill in a question and up to 4 answers.

If you click on the Allow unlimited votes per viewer then your viewers can click on multiple choices multiple times (ie, "button mash").

Once you're finished, just hit the Create button and your poll will be listed in the Studio.

If you are Live, then just hit the Start button and your poll will go out to any of your viewers. The poll will be updated in the Studio. Also note that you can only conduct one poll at a time.

Your users will see the poll appear in the broadcast.

In the studio, you can easily see the results of the poll by expanding the poll (click on the > key).

Of course, you can also have multiple polls configured at once.

Deleting a poll

To delete a poll click on the Options icon to the right of the poll and click Delete.

You will be prompted to confirm.

Resetting a poll

If you want to conduct a poll multiple times in your broadcast, you can reset the vote counts easily. To do this, click on the Options icon to the right of the poll and click Reset Votes.

You will be prompted to confirm.

Once you've clicked on the Reset button, the voter counts will be reset to 0 (zero).
