Plan: Prepare and test your tech setup ahead of time, a good plan = a great show!
Promote: Promote your show well in advance. More viewers = more sales.
Play: Once you're live, talk with your viewers and play; higher engagement = higher AOV.

Ensure your live stream is high quality, by doing the following whenever possible:
Plugging directly into your internet source (ethernet)
Using the best device(s) available (computer/mobile)
Using the right equipment (mics/cams/lighting)
Draw an audience to your show by:
Promoting the date, time and theme early and often
Offering exclusive incentives for viewers
Taking advantage of your established communication channels (Social accounts, newsletters, text campaigns)
Consider also multistreaming to your social accounts, in addition to promoting on them
Drive conversions during your show through:
Engaging and interacting with your audience
Reminding your audience that they can shop while they watch
