How to contact Stage TEN Support

Ask for help within the studio via a pop-up chat window.

If ever you think your studio has crashed and the steps below are not working. Try refreshing the browser. (This will reset your media and remote participants.)

Step 1: When you enter the studio, look for a chat button at the bottom left of the screen.

Step 2: Click on the pop-up and the help chat window will come up.

Step 3: Either browse our support topics, or chat with someone right there!

Step 4: Send a message, you will receive a reply from a professional who can help you with your issue.
