How to connect Stage TEN to any Twitch channel using an RTMP URL and Stream Key.

How to Stream to Twitch over RTMP

To connect to any Twitch account with an RTMP key, do the following:

1. In the Stage TEN Pro Studio go to Settings (gear icon, top right) > Destinations, and select RTMP.

2. Enter a name for the Twitch destination you're creating (such as the name of the channel).

3. Enter rtmp://live.twitch.tv/app/ in the RTMP URL. For Twitch, the RTMP URL will always be this address.

4. You can find your Stream Key in your Twitch account. Go to Twitch, log in, and access the Creator Dashboard from the profile menu.

   
5. From the Twitch Creator Dashboard, click on the Settings (gear icon), then Stream.

6. On the Stream Key & Preferences page, click Copy to get your Stream Key.

   
7. Return to Stage TEN, and Paste it into Stream Key field in the Add RTMP Destination screen.

8. Click Save.

The connection has now been established and you will see the Twitch channel in your Live Destinations.

To go live, create a scene, and toggle on the destination.

Disconnecting your Twitch channel from your Stage TEN account

1. Go to Settings (gear icon, top right) > Destinations.

2. Click on the RTMP logo.

3. Click on the Trash icon next to the connection you want to remove.
